7-Day Hassle-Free Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable unless defective
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hibr.ae with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Note on 3D-Printed Products

Our products are made using Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) 3D printing. Slight layer lines, minor texture variations, and small surface marks are normal characteristics of this process — not defects. These unique qualities are part of what makes each HIBR piece one-of-a-kind.

How to Return

  1. Email us at info@hibr.ae with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to our Sharjah address (provided via email)
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card or digital wallet). Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.
