How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. This email will include a link to the carrier's website where you can track your shipment in real time. Here’s how you can track your order:

1. Check Your Email: Look for the shipping confirmation email from HIBR. This will contain your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page

2. Visit the Carrier’s Website: Click the tracking link in the email or copy the tracking number to visit the carrier's website. Paste the tracking number into the carrier’s tracking tool to view the status of your shipment.

3. Track Multiple Orders: If you’ve placed more than one order, each shipment will have its own unique tracking number. Be sure to track each one separately to follow their individual progress.
